There are 30 Sunnyside units. These include apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, as well as three tiny homes. Of the 30 units, four are reserved for housing Town and County employees. Five additional units are set aside for existing Shandoka F Building residents due to the pending reconstruction of the F Building housing structure. A home childcare unit shall be subject to a separate leasing process for qualified childcare-providing applicants.
The Sunnyside Lottery was completed June 21, 2022. Units were assigned by drawing order, and a waitlist was created in drawing order for everyone who did not place.
