The Telluride Housing Authority Subcommittee is a subcommittee of the Telluride Housing Authority (THA) that provides recommendations to the Telluride Town Council, which is also the full THA Board.
The THA Subcommittee oversees all of the Telluride Affordable Housing Guidelines (TAHG) and hears, grants (or denies) all of the exceptions to the Guidelines.
Additionally, the THA Subcommittee designs and develops Town-constructed housing projects.
