Town of Telluride Certifies Candidates for Mayor, Town Council, Town Meeting Moderator
Regular Municipal Election to be held Tuesday, November 7
(August 28, 2023) – Telluride, CO --- The Town of Telluride will hold a Regular Municipal Election on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. The Town of Telluride Clerk’s Department has certified ten eligible candidates for elected office. The candidates include:
For the Office of Mayor:
For Telluride Town Council:

- Amy Levek
- Elena Levin
- Marya Stark
- Ashley Story
- Johnathan Yaseen
For Town Meeting Moderator:
One petition for mayor was insufficient. The candidate has until Friday, September 1 at 5 pm MST to cure their petition.
Any person 18 years of age or older on Tuesday, November 7, who has resided within the Town of Telluride for twenty-two days immediately preceding the election is eligible to vote. Voter registration may occur any day leading up to the Regular Municipal Election, including on election day.
To register to vote, electors can visit the San Miguel County Clerk’s Office at 305 W. Colorado Ave, any Colorado State Driver’s Licensing Office, or online at bit.ly/covoterregistration.
